Our contractors are required to deposit with us what we term a ‘Performance Bond’ which can be up to three times the monthly client billing.
We pay our contractors 80% of a clients billing.
We insist on this financial commitment ensuring that the quality service is consistent. This financial commitment gives them a vested interest in the quality of their work. This PERFORMANCE BOND is forfeited in the unlikely event of a client being unhappy with the service.
They are well rewarded and motivated to provide you with a consistent and reliable service.
It is rare that we have to advertise for people – we have a bank of contractors from which to make our selection.
